Comprendre les effets non prouvés sur le rire. L’un des points les plus attrayants, selon moi, est qu’il y a beaucoup d’avantages pour la santé qui sont pas encore été prouvés scientifiquement. Nous sommes juste aux balbutiements de la « science du rire ». Donc, je recherche sans cesse comment le rire me transforme, surtout pendant une activité professionnelle, tel le travail. Je partagerai en France mon expérience des effets non prouvés sur le rire dans cet atelier avec, bien sûr, les meilleurs rires nippons.

HIS WORKSHOP : ‘LAUGHTER EXPLORING’ IN MY DAILY LIFE

Understanding unproven effects on laughter. One of the most attractive points to me on laughter is there are not plenty of health benefits of laughter that are already scientifically proven. In other words, we have just started the « Laughter Science. » So I’m always excited to find some hints about how do I change myself with laughter, especially during work.

I’d like to share my experience of unproven effects on laughter in this workshop. With tipicals japoneses laughter yoga exercices, ha ha ha.

I love to do laughter yoga with positive energy and lively movement though we should admit there are people who refuse that kind of activity. But it is so  sad for them not to do laughter yoga for that reason. I believe that laughter yoga will help many. I have been searching for the gentle but effective laughter yoga exercises for those people in situations they can not laugh loudly. I would love to share those tips.
